She has been at Catalyst since 2019, and before that, she worked on human rights projects, assisted on reconciliation and regional cooperation projects, coordinated projects for the development of civil society and social entrepreneurship.

Milica leads a CRM team that is in charge of helping representatives of the non-profit sector to build their community in the best possible way and organize the data they collect. In addition, she is in charge of the Neprofitne.rs platform – a tool for online self-reported transparency of non-profit organizations. Milica works directly with organizations and helps them increase their transparency and thus gain trust in the community.

Milica has a master’s degree in political science, and she completed her studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade. Since high school, she has been involved in activism and volunteer work. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Luke.
