With over a decade of experience in international development programs focused on community engagement and nonprofit capacity-building, Nathan has worked across Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia. Motivated by a strong belief in long-term, systemic change, he co-founded Catalyst Balkans with Alex Vesić to generate data and knowledge that would help grow and sustain the region’s philanthropic ecosystem.

Today, Nathan continues to explore and elevate stories of creative generosity—showing how individuals and companies across the region contribute to stronger, more connected communities.
