Mladen joined the Catalyst Balkans team in 2023, first as a CRM Implementation Coordinator and then as a front-end web developer. Its role includes improving the user experience and functionality of the site, as well as the development and optimization of Web forms, in accordance with modern design and accessibility standards.

Mladen is actively working on the implementation and customization of Drupal themes and modules, applying JavaScript validations for complex forms. His expertise includes working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, as well as tools such as Git, Figma, and WordPress.

He completed his undergraduate studies in the field of computer technology, and is currently studying for a master’s degree in Computer Engineering in Belgrade.

He is a great enthusiast when it comes to technology, learns quickly, loves challenges and constantly improves himself – both through work and through personal projects and research.
