Sofija joined Catalyst Balkans in 2021 as a Community Coordinator, focusing on communications and marketing for Donacije.rs and Neprofitne.rs. In 2023, she shifted her focus to fundraising services and now works directly with nonprofits to support the planning and implementation of their crowdfunding campaigns.

Before joining Catalyst, she gained experience in both the private and public sectors, including working at RTS. The nonprofit sector, however, is where her skills and values aligned best.

She currently works as a Fundraising Services Coordinator, helping organizations grow their impact through digital fundraising and campaign strategy.
